Stonington Police Log: September 13 To September 16

The following arrest information was supplied by the Stonington Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

The following arrests were recorded at the Stonington Police Department between Sept. 13 and 16, 2012. An arrest does not constitute a conviction and all are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Sept. 16, 2012

Thomas MacDougall, 51, of 35 Governor Winthorp Ave., Apartment 319 in New London, Conn., was charged with driving an unregistered vehicle, failure of insurance coverage to meet minimum requirements, improper use of marker and cancelled registration.

Andrew Chaney, 42, of 38 Lords Hill Road, Apartment 2 in Stonington, Conn., was charged with driving a vehicle with a refused or suspended registration or license.

Sept. 15, 2012

A 16-year-old juvenile was charged with breach of peace.

Rosemary Riley, 73, of 37 Bayview Ave., in Stonington, Conn., was charged with failure to drive at a reasonable distance and driving while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Eric Evans, 33, of 115 Coleman St., in New London, Conn., was charged with driving a vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol and unsafe backing.

Sept. 14, 2012

Paul Harrington, 27, of 96 Main St., in North Stonington, Conn., was charged with driving with a refused or suspended license, failure of insurance coverage to meet minimum requirements and driving an unregistered vehicle.

Nicole Riberio, 24, of 9 Mayberry Drive in Westerly, R.I., was charged with driving an unregistered vehicle and improper use of registration or license.

Wayne Smith, 45, of 21 Apache Drive, Apartment F in Westerly, R.I., was charged with breach of peace.
