Two Cows Shot in North Stonington

State police are investigating the incident, which happened either late Friday or early Saturday.

Connecticut State Police are asking for the public’s help in finding a person or persons who shot two cows in North Stonington.

According to the Hartford Courant, two cows were shot sometime late Friday, Jan. 25 or early Saturday, Jan. 26. One of the cows had to be euthanized. The cows belong to Palmer Farm in North Stonington, the Westerly Sun reported.

Anyone with information should contact the North Stonington resident state trooper at 860-535-1451 or the state police at Troop E at 860-848-6500.
