Secretary of State Denise Merrill will swear in Attorney Nicholas F. Kepple as the new Regional Judge of Probate for Southeastern Connecticut (Groton, Ledyard, North Stonington and Stonington) at 10:00 a.m., Monday, August 22, 2011 at the Pawcatuck Neighborhood Center on 27 Chase Street, Pawcatuck, Connecticut.
“I am honored that Secretary of State Merrill is willing to travel from Hartford to swear me in. We selected the Pawcatuck Neighborhood Center as the site to demonstrate that the Southeastern Regional Probate Court, though based in the Groton Town Hall, serves all four communities. I am asking those who attend to consider bringing with them a nonperishable food item for the Neighborhood Center’s Free Emergency Food Pantry to help in the great work the Center does serving area families during these often difficult times.”
