Mystic Condo Plan Hearing Continued
The Planning and Zoning Commission has questions. And so do residents, none of whom spoke Tuesday night.
Not surprisingly, the Planning and Zoning Commission hearing on the luxury condo plan for Harry Austin Drive went long Tuesday night, according to a resident who was prepared to speak. But the commission never got to the public part. January 28 is the date for the continued hearing.
Again not surprisingly, the Commission had plenty of questions and concerns, according to The Westerly Sun.
The 55-unit luxury condo project is being developed by Edgewood Mac, LLC.
