An ordinance providing for collection of a fee for DMV reporting

  • A $2 fee in addition to the back taxes and interest will be charged to each taxpayer delinquent in payments of any motor vehicle property taxes.

An ordinance regarding panhandling and fraudulent solicitation

  • The ordinance prohibits panhandling on town property and town roads but the town does not have the authority to prohibit panhandling on state roads.

An ordinance on technical issues for land development and road construction

  • The ordinance establishes uniform requirements for all developments.
