Did They Make The Grade? 'Powerschool' is Back Up, So Now You'll Know

The Stonington Public Schools electronic system for parents and students to access grades was down, but it's back up and final grades are listed.

Students may not have been wondering, then again, perhaps many were (at least one of mine was). But many parents have been asking: Where are those grades? Did my child pass? Ace the class or, well, a B, hopefully, though we'll settle for C's.

So, in case you were wondering, a just received email from Stonington Public Schools has cleared it up: "Parental access to Powerschool has been turned back on."

According to the email, the schools were "experiencing some technical issues which forced us to turn off the access last week.  Those issues have been corrected.  We apologize for any inconvenience this caused.  Grades have been updated for the year."

And by the way, report cards will be mailed next week.

Now, get back to summer!
