School season is right around the corner, leaving you with much needed, valuable free time on your hands. Why not use that time to your advantage by joining Zumba Fitness classes at the Fred Astaire Dance Studio in Mystic? Drop by on any day of the week for your free, complimentary first Zumba Fitness class.

 

Zumba Fitness classes incorporate fun dance and high-energy cardio fitness moves to Latin-infused music. The Toning classes incorporate targeted body-sculpting exercises to sculpt all target zones including abs, gluts and thighs. Zumba is the perfect way to begin your transformation or add zest to your current exercise routines.

 

Fred Astaire Dance Studio in Mystic is located in the Packer Building at 12 Roosevelt Avenue. The Studio offers both Zumba Fitness and Zumba Toning classes five days a week. Instructor Renee Reyes teaches both the focused toning classes and the ever-popular Zumba fitness classes.
