School season is right around the corner, leaving you with much needed, valuable free time on your hands. Why not use that time to your advantage by joining Zumba Fitness classes at the Fred Astaire Dance Studio in Mystic? Drop by on any day of the week for your free, complimentary first Zumba Fitness class.

 

Zumba Fitness classes incorporate fun dance and high-energy cardio fitness moves to Latin-infused music. The Toning classes incorporate targeted body-sculpting exercises to sculpt all target zones including abs, gluts and thighs. Zumba is the perfect way to begin your transformation or add zest to your current exercise routines.

 

Fred Astaire Dance Studio in Mystic is located in the Packer Building at 12 Roosevelt Avenue. The Studio offers both Zumba Fitness and Zumba Toning classes five days a week. Instructor Renee Reyes teaches both the focused toning classes and the ever-popular Zumba fitness classes. I agree. The bottom line is we're all defenseless if we are deprived of our right to bear arms. GunRead More restrictions do nothing to prevent criminals from getting and using guns. They simply impede law-abiding citizens from getting and using them to defend ourselves from the criminals. I don't want to be stuck at a gunfight with nothing more than a cell phone camera.

The unions are in support and wrote this bill with a couple of state representatives. Council 4 ofRead More AFSCME is fighting for this bill to pass for all those that work hard in the State of Connecticut. Any support would be great. Thank you.

my letter will be off monday,i am in total support of this bill. after working your whole life oneRead More should be able to retire with dignity and enjoy your last years. if the unions in the state can work with you for the passage of this bill, this bill SB 54 WILL PASS.
