The DMV closed all offices at 2:45 p.m. Check back for info on Wednesday hours (if any.)

Stonington Town Hall is closed Wednesday.

Town of Stonington
has posted this on its website: TRASH HAULERS WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO COLLECT TRASH ON WEDNESDAY, JAN. 22, 2014.  PLEASE EXPECT DELAYS.

Stonington Police have issued a parking ban. Here's the message from SPD Capt. Jerry Desmond: 
Dear Residents and Businesses:       
With snow coming in overnight, there will be a snow parking ban in effect this evening, through the night until the storm is over and the roads have a final plowing late tomorrow morning. Vehicles not removed will be ticketed and towed. Please help by keeping vehicles off the road and this will assist in cleaning up our streets efficiently.

Mystic YMCA is open Wednesday but classes/programs before 3 p.m. are canceled but those after 3 p.m. are running as scheduled.
