CT Youth Mentoring & Coaching focuses on teenagers identify and achieve personal goals using a variety of techniques. We provide mentoring and coaching on career paths, bullying, spirituality, fitness and health, observing work and actions, providing comments on execution, and teaching skills which may need improvement. 
To access the full potential of the learner we make sure a safe and comfortable environment is present so they are able to open up and feel no judgment or pressure. It is important teenagers find the path they truly want to walk upon and develop the skills to get there.
