Close Encounter Sundays at DPNC

Close Encounter Sundays at the Denison Pequotsepos Nature Center features a 30-minute private program with an educator who will introduce you to one of our ambassador birds of prey and tell you about their life and care at the Nature Center. Get up close and learn more about the species. Our reptiles like to show off as well, so save time to slither with a snake or race a turtle. Sunday afternoons in August on August 4, 11 & 18. Available time slots during 12 to 4 p.m. $40 for non-members and $30 for members. (Price includes a private program for up to a family of four people, but does not include paid admission cost.)
