SHS Drama Nominated For 13 Halo Awards

SHS Drama is proud to announce that they have received 13 nominations this year for the 2013 Halo Awards. Similar to the Tony's, the Halo awards recognize outstanding theater productions by high schools across Connecticut. A total of 43 schools participated this year and because of their wonderful talent, the students of SHS were selected to open the show with the opening number from "The Drowsy Chaperone!"

The award ceremony is tonight, Wednesday the 29th, at the magnificent Palace Theater in Waterbury CT. On behalf of all the students, thank you for your support of our program! We feel so fortunate to have such a wonderful and supportive SHS family. We know the students will shine tonight!
