The downtown Mystic Christmas tree is now set up in Mystic River Park. The annual tree lighting takes place on Saturday, November 24.

Volunteers from the Mystic Shipyard installed the 2012 Christmas Tree in the Mystic River Park on Tuesday. Judy Walsh from North Stonington donated the tree.

On Saturday, Nov. 24, 2012, Santa arrives by tugboat at 2 p.m. in downtown Mystic. In the evening a tree lighting ceremony takes place at 6 p.m., and the 10th Annual Holiday Lighted Boat Parade kicks off.
