Burrowing into the Borough: David Black "Stonington is My Muse"

Stonington artist David Black, will talk about his creative endeavors since arriving in Stonington in 1983; from discovering painting, to conducting a band, directing two operas, and writing 3 more plays. His most recent art discovery is Tunisian Collaborative Painting, which celebrates the oneness of all human beings and the wonder of the creative process.

Black recently held a workshop on Tunisian Collaborative Painting at the La Grua Center. The final works created during those workshops are currently on display and being silent auctioned. Proceeds to benefit the La Grua Center.

This event is presented by the La Grua Center Burrowing into the Borough series, and is free and open to all.
