Farm + Vine Dinner with Chef Kyle Zachary

On March 7th, Chef Kyle Zachary of Relais & Chateaux property, The Wauwinet in Nantucket, Massachusetts, will create a special farm-to-table dinner in Seasons at the Ocean House. Chef Zachary will prepare a selection of hors d’ oeuvres and three distinct courses featuring Watch Hill Oysters, and expertly paired with DonnaFuggata wines. Chef Kyle Zachary is the Executive Chef at TOPPER’s at The Wauwinet, the 2011 Best Overall Restaurant on Nantucket Island (Zagat Survey). Zachary is a graduate of the Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College in Philadelphia, and has cooked in restaurants around the country including Alinea in Chicago, the Wheatleigh in Lenox, Massachusetts and the Winnetu Oceanside Resort in Martha’s Vineyard. Prior to TOPPER’s, Chef Zachary was the Sous Chef a la Carte at the Intercontinental Hotel in Dusseldorf, Germany.
