In the Kitchen Dinner "Autumn and Spice"
On the third Wednesday of each month, Ocean House Chefs present a cooking demonstration at Seasons’ Chef’s Counter, focusing on what is in season, and serve a three-course dinner, paired with wines.On October, 19th, the Chefs use fall ingredients and aromatic spices in their recipes. A cocktail reception welcomes guests with passed hors d'oeuvres and wine.
