On the third Wednesday of each month, Ocean House Chefs present a cooking demonstration at Seasons’ Chef’s Counter, focusing on what is in season, and serve a three-course dinner, paired with wines.On November 16th, the Chefs prepare festive dishes- great for the holidays. We also celebrate the release of the 2011Georges Duboeuf Beaujolais Nouveau.A cocktail reception welcomes guests with passed hors d'oeuvres and Georges Duboeuf wines.
