Looking for something to do tonight for Halloween with most of the town's power out?

The Old Mystic Fire Department is still holding its Halloween Party at Station 1, 21 North Stonington Road. Kids up to 13 are welcome.

There will be a parade, then a party with candy and prizes for best costume in each age category.
