UDDER DESTRUCTION - Historical archaeologist, Lindsay Randall explores how the English dairy tradition played a vital role in shaping English settlements in New England during the 17th Century through its impact on many facets of daily life = survival, economics, cultural continuity, and religious endeavors,  She also looks at how dairy became a source of animosity between Native people and the English Colonists.  This presentation is open to the public with a suggested $5.00 donation.
