The following arrests were recorded at the Stonington Police Department. An arrest does not constitute a conviction and all are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

April 10

James McEnerney, 49, of 161 Water St., Apartment 1 in Stonington was charged with breach of peace.

Joseph LaMarche, 21, of 11 Bren Court in Mystic was charged with reckless driving.

A 17-year-old was charged with breach of peace.

April 8

Jessica Torres, 25, of 118 Brookside Dr., Apartment 3 in Stonington was charged with second-degree failure to appear.

Michael Turner, 25, of 38 Broad St., Apartment 10 in Pawcatuck was charged with improper use of marker and improper color of turn signals.

John Banks, 21, of 98 West Broad St., Apartment 26 in Pawcatuck was charged with second-degree failure to appear.

Shannon Lynch, 39, of 26 Noyes P Ave., Apartment 2 in Stonington was charged with two counts of second-degree failure to appear and two counts of first-degree failure to appear.
