The following arrests were recorded at the Stonington Police Department. An arrest does not constitute a conviction and all are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

March 27

Kay Brennan, 47, of 4 Richmond M Lane in Mystic was charged with driving while under the influence of drugs or alcohol, evading and failure to drive right.

Jennifer Delmonico, 25, of 26 Church St., Apartment 3 in Groton was charged with driving an unregistered vehicle, failure of insurance coverage to meet minimum requirements, and driving with a suspended or refused registration or license.

Richard Rae, 19, of 96 Westbrook Heights Rd., in Westbrook was charged with failure of insurance coverage to meet minimum requirements and failure to obey control signal.

March 26

Rebecca Decelles, 29, of 61 Remington Farm Drive in Coventry, RI was charged with failure to drive right and driving while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Taylor Milton, 24, of 19 Franklin St., Apartment 3 in New London, was charged with driving a vehicle with a refused or suspended registration or license and failure to register a vehicle for commercial registration.

Mark McAlpine, 37, of 37 Otis St., Apartment A in Norwich was charged with failure to appear.
