Daniel Jozwiak, 25, of 17 Hancox St., in Stonington was charged with traveling unreasonably fast and driving while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Kenneth Brooks, 42, of 41 Pawcatuck Ave., in Pawcatuck was charged with drinking while driving a vehicle and driving while the under influence of drugs or alcohol.
Joseph Pollard, 50, of 51 Pawcatuck Ave., in Pawcatuck was charged with driving while under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to drive right.
