The following arrests were recorded at the Stonington Police Department between Feb. 4, and Feb. 6, 2013. An arrest does not constitute a conviction and all are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

William Heine, 36, of 38 Mechanic St., Apartment 1 in Pawcatuck, Conn., was charged with breach of peace, third-degree criminal mischief and possession of a controlled substance.
