Stonington Arrests: March 16-17

The following arrest information was supplied by the Stonington Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

The following arrests were recorded at the Stonington Police Department between March 16 and 17, 2013. An arrest does not constitute a conviction and all are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

March 17, 2013

Douglas John LePera, 46, 22 Pearl St., Westerly, RI, was charged with failure to pay or plead.

Grayson Graham Ralls, 21, 79 Pawcatuck Ave., Pawcatuck, was charged with breach of peace and third-degree assault.

March 16, 2013

George Anthony Muzek, 62, 202 Colman St., Apt. A909, New London, was charged with breach of peace and threatening.

Jay Dee Shipley, 50, 2 Prospect St., Apt. 2, Pawcatuck, was charged with breach of peace and second-degree unlawful restraint.

Krystal Lynne Linski, 20, 119 Lambtown Road, Mystic, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

The unions are in support and wrote this bill with a couple of state representatives. Council 4 ofRead More AFSCME is fighting for this bill to pass for all those that work hard in the State of Connecticut. Any support would be great. Thank you.

my letter will be off monday,i am in total support of this bill. after working your whole life oneRead More should be able to retire with dignity and enjoy your last years. if the unions in the state can work with you for the passage of this bill, this bill SB 54 WILL PASS.
