Charles Lathrop, 42, of 8 William P St., Apartment 2 in Pawcatuck, Conn., was charged with criminal violation of a protective order, disorderly conduct and second-degree burglary.
August 20, 2012
James Ragonese, 19, of 1 Summer St., Apartment 1 in Westerly, R.I., was charged with third-degree assault and breach of peace.
