Al Valente, Neighbor

Al Valente is an account representative for ACI Merchant Systems.  Based in Mystic, he partners with businesses in Connecticut and Rhode Island to control their electronic payment costs and enhance sales through electronic rewards and loyalty programs.

ACI has a business model that allows it to provide a high level of support, both in-the-street and through a state-of-art U.S based customer support call center but at the lowest rates in the area.

As a trained and experienced analyst,  Al can evaluate credit card processing statements to see if clients are being overcharged, not receiving their 'Durbin Dollars', or getting besieged by hidden fees such as PCI penalties.

Before ACI, Al was with New Alliance Bank merchant services for 4 years doing credit card processing.

Prior to that, Al had a highly successful career in the Boston computer field.
